Through his work with the band, Tim helps coordinate performances, develop marketing campaigns, manage event relationships, and create new opportunities across Colorado and beyond. He is also the founder of Local Sounds Online and creator of Celebrity Sidekick, using his passion for music, faith, and community to support artists and produce memorable live entertainment experiences.

After building his chops on stages throughout Europe in the 1990s, he developed a passion for country music in the early 2000s upon his return to the United States. In 2013, he founded the John Weeks Band, which has become a fixture on the Colorado music scene. Drawing from a diverse background in country, rock, and blues, John brings seasoned musicianship, authentic stage presence, and a deep love of live performance to every show.
